The following is a list of legislation on ex-situ conservation:
  • Law number 2/59: National forest economics and conservation of natural renewable resources
  • Agreement 38/73: Establishment of the Wild Flora Statute of Inderena.
  • Decree 2811/74: Decree with legal effect. Natural Resource Code.
  • Decree 622/77: Regulation of the Natural Resource Code.
  • Decree 1608/78: Regulation of the National Code of Natural Renewable Resources and Protection of the Environment and the Wild Fauna section of Law number 23/73.
  • Agreement 33/78: Regulation of scientific expeditions to carry out research on wild terrestrial or aquatic fauna and flora.
  • Decree 1681/ 78: Regulation of section X of Book II of Decree Law number 2811/74 which is about hydrobiological resources and partial regulation of Law number 23/73 and Decree 376/57.
